Christina Hancock, Hygienist
My
name is Christina and I have been a dental hygienist for
10 years. I earned my hygiene degree at the University of
South Dakota. I have worked in general dental practices
in Rapid City, SD, Minneapolis, MN, and Hornell, NY. I have
also worked in a periodontal practice in Minneapolis, MN.
I love being a hygienist and find it rewarding working with
people, educating and helping them with their oral health.
I
am originally from Hornell, NY, but grew up a military “brat”.
I have lived in various places, including Florida, the Carolinas,
South Dakota, and the United Kingdom.
My
hobbies include reading, traveling, and scrap booking. Most
of my time ,however, is spent with my husband and raising
our adorable children, Kaylynn and Lucas.
I
look forward to a long and happy career here at Dansville
Family Dental Care. I appreciate Dr Teachouts vision of
her practice as having quality dentistry in a caring environment.

Cindy Cartella, Office Manager
Hi!
My name is Cindy. I’ve been Dr Teachout’s office
manager since the opening of the practice here in Dansville.
I am a native of Hornell, NY and began my dental career
with the American Red Cross while my husband was stationed
(US Air Force) overseas. After completing dental assistant
training, I worked with the American Red Cross volunteering
over 2000 hours and then training future dental assistants.
Since returning to
the States, I have worked with several wonderful dentists
as an expanded duty dental assistant, financial officer,
and office manager.
I am happily married and am the proud mother of three beautiful
daughters.
I feel fortunate to work in such a great practice. Not only
is Dr. Teachout and my co-workers such great people, but
we have such wonderful patients, also. We strive to make
coming to the dentist a pleasant experience and hopefully
play an important part in the lives of our dental patients.

Kristee Jordan, Dental Assistant
My
name is Kristee and I have been one of Dr. Teachout's assistants
for 10years. It has been a fantastic journey in which
I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in the dental
field every day. I hope to be here for many more years
continuing to become better each year.
I
have been a Wayland resident for 20 years. Most all
my relatives are local, my father is Doug Wheaton and my
mother is Dawn Daugherty (Hosmer) who have been my biggest
supporters and I could not ask for better parents.
I
have two amazing children, Tyler and Alexis, who always
keep me busy and keep me going. They are truly the light
of my life and I could not be more blessed.
When I am not busy
with my children, I enjoy scrapbooking, most outdoor activities
such as camping, fishing, skiing, and horseback riding.
Most of all, I enjoy family and friends. |

Kerry Pierpont, Schedule Coordinator
Hi my name is
Kerry and I am from Dansville, NY. I have worked in the
dental field as a scheduling coordinator for 8 years and
joined the staff here and Dansville Family Dental Care.
I am happily married with 2 beautiful children. I enjoy
reading forensic novels, crocheting, shopping and playing
with my children.

Terry LeBar, Dental Assistant
My
Name is Terry LeBar. I was in the banking business for ten
years. I am now a dental assistant for Dr Teachout. I thoroughly
enjoy this profession and plan on furthering my career here
as much as possible.
I
have two wonderful children, who keep me very busy.
When not busy with them, I enjoy hobbies such as jewelry
making, gardening, and almost any other craft.
I plan on being with Dansville Family Dental Care for many
years to come. |

Mr.
Brian Teachout, Operations Manager
Hello,
I'm Brian Teachout the Doctor's husband. I have lived in
Dansville all my life except for my college years. My parents
and grandparents are also from Dansville. Rose and I met
thru a mutual friend and my life has not been the same from
that day on (In a very wonderful way!). Rose and I were
married in Oct. of 1999 and I/we were blessed that she wanted
to make Dansville her home also. We started this practice
in July of 2001, it was one of the best experiences, learning
about all the Dental techniques, equipment, construction
and the technology!.
During
the Day (for the last Sixteen years) I head up a Mechanical
Engineering Dept. at a company in Scottsville, plus manage
our Document Control Dept.
I
have been in management for many years now and I believe
it has been great background for running the administrative
parts of this office. Some of my duties are; All business
related items, paying the bills, Payroll, the maintaining
of and set-up of the computers/software/digital imagery
etc., mechanical maintenance (Cindy's husband Mike helps
out also), advertising, donations etc, etc.
We
really have great people working here, finding the right
people is not easy. We are very selective as to who works
here for many reasons, but mainly to make sure your visit
is the best experience you have ever had in a Dental Office.
I
tend to ramble, so to finish up, I can tell you one thing.
You will love my wife, not only is she very educated in
her profession, she is a very real person, and that's what
you will get, a real genuine nice person who knows what
she is doing. She would never tell you, but check out "About
Dr. Teachout" section. She is known around the world
for her expertise in caring for the Developmentally Disabled.
